Recent shocks — from the Covid-19 pandemic to a chronic inflationary period that has severely constrained commercial lending — have only accelerated this trend, with many appraisers leaving the field in unprecedented numbers.

Archstone Group recognizes this challenge and is preparing for a future defined by vastly reduced numbers of qualified appraisers — both locally and across the nation.
