Our Story
Archstone Group’s origins trace back to where
the firm first established its foundation in commercial real estate appraisal
and consulting. As our practice evolved, those roots were transplanted to
the Tri-State area and Pennsylvania, where Archstone grew through a
strategic acquisition of a prestigious commercial real estate firm. This move
cemented our presence in the region, creating a strong platform defined by

The ranks of appraisers are shrinking, creating a material concern for the future of the real estate valuation industry. Recent shocks — from the Covid-19 pandemic to a chronic inflationary period that has severely constrained commercial lending — have only accelerated this trend, with many appraisers leaving the field in unprecedented numbers.
Archstone Group recognizes this challenge and is preparing for a future defined by vastly reduced numbers of qualified appraisers — both locally and across the nation.
